8:00 am: Arrive, check in and paperwork
8:30 am: Welcome and introduction
9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Learning stations to include firearm safety and handling, intro to hunting skills, equipment needs, how and where to hunt, game cleaning
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (provided)
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Learning stations continued
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Final debrief and Q&A
3:30 pm - Dark: optional small game hunt
One-Day Hunt Schedule
8:00 am: Arrive, fill out paperwork
8:30 am - 11:30 am: Firearm instruction, hunting skills overview, equipment needs
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Lunch (provided)
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Hunt overview, gear distribution, Q&A
2:00 pm: Disburse for afternoon hunt
5:30 pm or dark: Recover game, game cleaning demo, final debrief
Three-day Hunt Schedule
Day 1
8:00 am: Arrive, check into room, complete paperwork
8:30 am - 9:00 am: Welcome and introduction to the program
9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Firearm instruction, hunting skills overview, equipment needs
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (provided)
1:00 pm - 1:45pm: Gear distribution, mentor assignments, hunt overview, Q&A
2:00 pm - Disburse for afternoon scouting/blind setup (one on one time with mentor)
5:30 pm or dark: Dinner (provided)
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Wildlife management and agency overview presentations
Day 2
4:30 am: Wake up, light breakfast (provided), get ready for morning hunt
5:30 am - 10:30 am: Hunt
11:00 am: Regroup, recover game, field dressing demonstration
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (provided)
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Hunting gear overview, Q&A from morning hunt
2:30 pm: Disperse for afternoon hunt
5:30 pm or dark: Regroup, recover game, field dress game
6:30 pm: Dinner (provided)
7:30 pm: Debrief and stories
Day 3
6:00 am: Wake up, breakfast (provided)
7:30 am: Game cleaning demonstration and hands on experience
10:00 am: Clean up, pack, exit surveys, group picture
