SCIENTIFIC NAME: Desmognathus apalachicolae
STATUS: Locally common in southeastern portion of Coastal Plain in Choctawhatchee and lower Chattahoochee River drainages. Occurs along edges of small seepage streams at bottoms of wooded ravines. Susceptible to siltation and pollution. MODERATE CONSERVATION CONCERN.
