You can submit the required Eligibility form online. After updating / verifying your profile, you would follow these steps:
- Click 'Resident' on your profile and then 'Yes, It's correct'

Minors under 18 without a driver's license will use the Resident Fur Catchers (>90 days residency requirement) eligibility form and upload their birth certificate and proof of school enrollment.
You can upload your Alabama driver's license and any required proofs of residency if your driver's license has been renewed and is not valid for the required time period.
Documents acceptable for proofs of residency:
- Previous year Alabama tax return (mailing address only)
- Home property tax
- Health insurance forms with address
- Utility bill with address for either 90-day or 12 months as required.
- Certificate of employment, if containing proof of permanent residency, for either 90-day or 12 months as required.
- Other legal documents that may establish residency after approval by the Conservation Department
