Common in spring and fall, uncommon in winter and late summer, and rare in early summer in Gulf Coast region. In other regions, common in spring and fall, rare in winter, uncommon to rare in summer. Low Conservation Concern.
HABITAT:
Found along shorelines of shallow ponds and lakes, marsh edges, in flooded fields, and on mudflats.
