STATUS:
Common in winter, spring, and fall in Gulf Coast region. In Inland Coastal Plain, fairly common in winter, spring, and fall. In Tennessee Valley and Mountain regions, uncommon in spring and fall, and rare in winter. Low Conservation Concern.
HABITAT:
Found in sedge marshes, grassy thickets, brush piles, and open pine savannahs.
