To receive a CID, you must have purchased an annual hunting license or have a lifetime hunting license with at least 10 digits. Hunters who have a lifetime license card with fewer than 10 digits can click on ‘purchase license’ or visit their local probate office or license commissioner to order a replacement lifetime license for $5.00 fee.
