The envelope may have had your address but someone else’s name listed on it. We are aware of the issue and apologize for any inconvenience. Please disregard the letter and survey.
We had a computer glitch that associated names with the wrong mailing address label. Since this was a computer-automated process, we did not know the error occurred until we began receiving calls. We have rectified the issue and will redistribute the survey to the appropriate hunters. The corrected surveys will have “Secondary Mailing” in the subject line of the letter.
