Community Fishing Program Expands

Students from Tuskegee Public Elementary School enjoyed a beautiful day of fishing, while also taking part in one of the first partnerships between the Community Fishing program and private landowners.

Alabama fisheries biologists captured an Alabama sturgeon in April 2007, tagged it and released it back into the Alabama River.
