Women Can Still Sign Up for Outdoors Workshop

There’s still time to sign up for the next Becoming an Outdoors Woman workshop on March 7-9, 2003, at the Alabama 4-H Center in Shelby County. The BOW workshop is open to females at least 18 years of age who want to learn about activities such as camp cooking, mountain biking, shooting sports (pistol, rifle, shotgun, muzzleloader), fishing, hunting, canoeing, nature crafts, archery, ATV handling and more.

Registration is $175, and covers all meals, lodging, program materials and instruction. Demonstration equipment is also provided. Classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
