Steven Owens with a 11.4 pound largemouth bass from Bibb County Lake.
2007's biggest bass was between this 11.4 lb bass caught by Steven Owens of Centreville and an 11.1 lb bass caught by Brandon Hamilton. Sight fishing in March and April using white lizards and a host of other artificials produce some of our biggest bass of the year.

Christmas trees are used as fish attractors.

Sabra McCurdy used a shad colored tube bait to catch the largest bass. A monster junebug colored worm fooled the other. Both fish were released, so look for them this spring.
