Certified Master Angler Catches

Alabama Certified Master Angler Catches of Largemouth Bass

Certified Master Anglers have had their catch of a largemouth bass eight pounds or larger or 23 inches or longer certified by the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. (Photographs required of the fish next to a ruler and with the angler, see rules.)  Trophy Anglers have had their catch certified for largemouth bass ten pounds or larger or 25 inches or longer.

Holden Schroeder caught this largemouth bass
Holden Schroeder caught this 9-pound largemouth bass from a private pond in south Alabama on November 21, 2010.


Skyler Sanders caught this 9-pound, 12-ounce largemouth bass on December 4, 2009 from a pond in Coffee County. This catch earned him the Master Angler Certificate.


Alex Davis caught this 8 lb 13 oz largemouth bass on Lake Guntersville in December 2008. He was awarded the Master Angler Certificate.
